Before Blogging

Mum - Boi,,, that's how she calls me ,,  here try on this high neck sweater I thrifted today,,, 

'I was lounging in this old dress '  and tried the sweater on top of it ,, approaching mirror ,, saw myself  and BAM !!!   I saw an outfit , I instantly tried it with the boots ,this happened before I created this blog ,,the picture though ,, honestly just 3 days back ,,  Are you a colour person I mean you don't consider grey or dark maroon as something you would create a whole outfit with,, yea coz that's me too,,,   I do like the idea of it but satisfaction comes only when I add a pop of colour anywhere to the outfit,, could be bracelets,lipstick, neon beanie,colourful shoes,, you can come up with it better than me so lemme know some tips or tricks too alright ,, 

 Going back to the outfit ,, the lace peeping , ethnic print, the noise in the sweater ,,with all that going on I feel no need to colour in this case but bright lipstick should be fun right,,,  And have it ever happened to you that lounge wear inspires you , and that moment of brilliance you feel ,, I sound stupid ,, but it does often happen I think its because at home you normally just throw on clothes whatever you do not care ,, and approaching mirror ,,, awiii haaaa (omg)!! the colour combination totally works and an instant ray of brilliance shines , butterflies ,, all excited knowing I have an idea to refer the next tym I have to get dressed and  that's about it for today coz,

                       Mum's not home yet I think I would need to be doing the cooking today,,,arrrrgghh!!

Welcome 2015

Yeah !! Happy new year . An excuse to a Fresh start off and a resolution I made that is trying not do anything stupid which I'd regret later , and ofcourse my constant feeling of always running out of year towards the end of every year .. does all this make sense to you ,, no? forget it ..

                     lets talk holidays ,so my family went to Haflong town (Assam) , it was supposed to be fun,, but I had to suffer from cold and fever huh! typical meh .. By the time I was all good and jumping ,all fun was over , explaining why I've been MIA for more than a month in the bloggers world? guilty ,hehehe,However I managed to spend the last few days handsomely ,now there why did I write handsomely but I guess you'd get my point though,,

                     

                        Few days back I managed to get out of bed and decided to trouble my mum..

 

             

 Denim just gets better with the year , this one is a kurta (Indian wear) (mens) to be prescise from Hyderabad city , handed down by an Uncle ,so excited,,, the original length was below knee , I wish he hadn't altered it . Need not I mention its oversized but girls have ways to getting away with things ,just kidding,, The material is oh so cool and summery perfect for those hot days in the hills ..

Never underestimate a small town for what it has to offer ,well atleast for me , roadside stalls ,market shops big or small I love raiding all of it .I found jewelleries of my taste and I'm surprised because if you know how to bargain you dont burn a hole in your pocket either ,so thank God my aunt was there to deal with the stubborn shopkeepers , same goes for the secondhand stores , I was blown away  by the varieties ,omg this ,omg that ,that's where the chocolate brown blazer got stolen from ,, gigglesss price was like zero not even a dollar , explains the crinkles I have not washed it yet . looks vintage, timeless , gold buttons still intact and pockets  scores 10 points in my book.

 I have not done big earrings in like 2 years now so I'm making a comeback with this gorgeous piece,one of my favourite finds in the lil shops ,, Indian earring (jhumka) mainly worn with traditional attire ,Plus braided curls and a faux septum ring to add to this year's look .. a little hesitant on it but that's the fun part , to never get satisfied keeps ..you working on yourself  to get better , feel better ..

  I'm thinking of posting holiday pictures like randoms, sightseeing's etc  ,I want to share it with yall so much but it will be a huge post so,, lemme think ,,  untill then lemme go edit my pile of albums now ,,,, stay awesome,,,

               

                                                                                                                                      

Major Errands

This day .. one word ,, UNPLANNED ,, My friend called up in the morning and we suddenly decided to run some errands ,," major errands" from this locality to that  ,, exhausted ,, yeaa , I did not at all feel like going out today but I ended up finishing some business and had loads of fun ,, This is what I wore :

 Nothing special --   but this croped sweater deserves a space here because yaaay ,, its the first time I'm wearing it , thrifted last year exact 12 months back , price was 10rs saaayyy whhaaat !! M even wearing it right now as I speak probably would be sleeping with it.Yea call me gross..teeheee,,,Remember how I said that I don't prefer skinnies,, what to do , my trousers were already in the laundry basket ,

     Awkward ,,,,  you see what the dog is doing....

 

            These shoes again ,nostalgia,,,,  busted these out after probably a year , they were my go to for the whole 2013 , surprised by the quality of it ,never expected , its still in such good condition considering how much use I've had out of it,the studs are still intact, got it from a local store ,"Desert Noble " written underneath the shoe .Maybe you guys know something about it,Ive personally never researched. No fashionably related reason for the socks , just wanted my feet warm.

Day Out

Alriiiight ,
                my second post , excited much,, it had been almost two weeks since ive seen any of my friends since they live in a diferent locality,i hate it, of course anyone would when the only friends you love hanging out with aren't your neighbours, it needs planning to meet up like literally ,, buuut this time it was somehow real easy, coincidently everyone was free yesterday.... although i wish that I'd post this before i left my house,, but girllll i was gettin late,,, so better late than never right,,,
                  We sat down to eat at a restaurant named "cozy den" , boy it was cozy il tell ya,in a flirty way , hehe !!  had a great  time, for me especially coz i rewarded my tummy a "cheat day" the taste and sausiness  of the spaghetti still swirling round my mouth (drooling right now).I have a problem, can barely take straight, non blurry pictures,, two examples are posted down below, i refused to delete those , i dont know, just found them interesting I guess..

           1)  come on lady move along,, hop hop that's my shot, happened to be my fav snap of this day

           2) I do not like how skinny jeans look on me so I always try to opt something else like these black highwaisted trousers, also if u tuck in ur blouse and dont feel so confident with those lovehandles .. work it by chucking on long coats or a slouchy anaconda covering cardigan in my case. I had fun with the challenge of dressing down the trouser , just two folds at the bottom and cardigan did the trick. If your uniform at school, college or work doesn't require u to wear trousers ,  what im sayin is if you are not already fed up wearing it, why dont you take a walk with it now because you have spent quite sum amount on it thinking that you will be requiring it in future special occasions that is we all dont know when its bound to arrive so.... oh!! and my friend Becky wanted to comment on my wardrobe choice this day ,,, she was like,,, Brigitte the way you dressed today is ' all around the world' .. i didn't reply because I was trying to understand what she meant,, and i didn't bother to ask .. it didn't really matter beacause i felt great and ofcourse you someday come of the age where you dont care about others opinion, in a good way though.. :

         3).  Don't ask ,, (chuckles) its just a fail .. how bout I upload this to lookbook ,, hehehe ,,,

       4) Blurry picture I was telling you about , we sat on the balcony while the sun set, i was even more enjoying because I don't have that kind of view at my place.

        5)  fail of a beautiful crescent moon , the blurr made it look like a kidney bean or enlarge the picture and find yourself inside a manhole little covered by the lid ,, hello is anyone out there .. could someone slide in a ladder down here ..
